Bob Chapek is the Chief Executive Officer of The Walt Disney Company. Chapek is succeeding Bob Iger, who has been CEO of Disney since 2005. Iger is assuming the role of executive chairman and will direct the Company’s creative endeavors, while leading the Board through the end of his contract on Dec. 31, 2021.
