Worrick Robinson, born Worrick Gale Robinson IV, is a criminal defense attorney in Nashville, Tennessee. He is the managing member of Worrick Robinson Law, PLLC and joined the firm in 1994. His principal areas of practice are criminal defense and crisis management. In addition, he also handles general and complex civil issues, family law and sports law matters.

Robinson has been involved in a number of cases receiving national and regional attention. He has served as counsel for numerous public and elected officials, artists and professional athletes, and has appeared on numerous local and national media outlets including ESPN’s Outside the Lines and ABC’s 20/20. He has also served as assistant general counsel to the Fraternal Order of Police for over 25 years.

Robinson is a member of the National College of DUI Defense (NCDD), the Tennessee Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (TCDL), and the Nashville and Tennessee Bar Associations.

Robinson graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a B.S. degree in Business; he received his law degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. Upon graduation from law school, Robinson worked as an associate attorney at the Leitner Firm in its Chattanooga and Nashville offices before being hired by the firm of Adams and Whiteaker, later assuming the firm and renaming it Robinson, Reagan and Young, PLLC. Robinson is authorized to practice in the Federal District Courts of Tennessee, as well as the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American and Tennessee Bar Associations and the Nashville Bar Association, where he is currently serving on the Board of Directors for a second time. Worrick Robinson Morgan Wallen

Worrick Robinson is an attorney for country music star Morgan Wallen. He represented Wallen in a chair-throwing case in Nashville, Tennessee. According to the arrest affidavit, Wallen was accused of throwing a chair off the roof of Chief’s bar on April 7, 2024. The chair landed about a yard from the officers, who spoke to witnesses and reviewed security footage. Witnesses told officers that they saw Wallen pick up a chair, throw it off the roof and laugh about it.

Shortly after the incident, Wallen issued a statement in which he said he accepted “responsibility” and was “not proud” of his behavior. The statement did not include an apology but did mention making “amends” and touching base with law enforcement.

The “One Thing at a Time” singer was initially charged with three felony counts of reckless endangerment and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. In December 2024, Wallen pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment. He was sentenced to spend seven days in a DUI education center and be under supervised probation for two years, The Associated Press reported.
