Tom Phillips Biography – Tom Phillips Wiki

Tom Phillips is an English business executive and the Chief Executive Officer of the Ladies European Tour (LET). He assumed the CEO role on April 6, 2026, succeeding Alexandra Armas, who departed in October 2025.

Phillips previously served as Director of the Middle East for the DP World Tour. During his tenure, Phillips oversaw the expansion of the European Tour Group across the Middle East, where six events now feature on the DP World Tour — including three Rolex Series tournaments — alongside two events on the HotelPlanner Tour, with combined prize money exceeding $35 million.

Prior to joining the DP World Tour in 2019, Phillips spent nearly 15 years working with six-time major champion Sir Nick Faldo across London and Hong Kong, including as Chief Executive Officer of the Faldo Series. Under his leadership, the series expanded to 40 tournaments across 30 countries and is still widely recognised as a leading pathway for elite junior and amateur golfers.

Phillips later served as Chief Executive Officer of the Hong Kong Golf Association, which included responsibility for the Hong Kong Open, and held senior business development roles in Asia, including with Mission Hills in China, where he oversaw the delivery of a full schedule of golf tournaments and helped negotiate long-term strategic partnerships with FC Barcelona, the NBA and the PGA of America.
