Thaddeus Moss is Randy Moss’ son and a football player. According to Thaddeus Moss’ bio on LSU website, he “played tight end at Mallard Creek High School for coach Michael Palmieri. Helped lead his team to its third-straight NC 4AA state championship as a senior, with a 49-6 win in the title game. The squad finished 14-2 and was the No. 1 ranked team in all of North Carolina after the season according to MaxPreps.com. He totaled 54 receptions for 831 yards and 13 touchdowns.
During his freshman season in 2016 at NC State, he started in three games at tight end for the Wolfpack, finishing his rookie season with six catches for 49 yards and a touchdown. He caught his first career TD on a 3-yard reception in the win against Old Dominion. He was one of only three true freshmen to start a game for the Pack in 2016 against Clemson, Syracuse and Miami. He caught two passes for 16 yards in his collegiate debut against William & Mary. He had career-long 17-yard reception against Wake Forest and caught at least one pass in his first four collegiate games.
During his sophomore season in 2017 at LSU, he sat out due to NCAA transfer rules. He was redshirted in 2018 in his sophomore season.
