Sylvain Longchambon is a French ice dancer and personal trainer. He began ice skating in 1987 at the age of 7 after he was taken to an ice rink for the first time by his mum and brother. Two years later, he was already competing.

Longchambon enjoyed a prolific ice dancing career with his partner Caroline Truong – together they won two silver medals in the ISU Junior Grand Prix series in 1999-2000, a bronze in the senior-level Ondrej Nepela Memorial, and another in the 2002 French Figure Skating Championships.

In 2004, Longchambon set up his own personal training company following on from his dedication to working out, both in and out of the gym, throughout his glittering career. He’s been professionally qualified as a trainer for over a decade, and is an ambassador for Europe’s leading sports nutrition brand, Myprotein.
