He is the founder of Football Service, a sports agency based in Rome, specializing in representation and intermediation of the best footballers in the world. He became the CEO of Urbano Cairo’s Torino in 2007. The Rome native subsequently held senior roles at Ascoli, Udinese, Siena, and Bari.
Most notably, Antonelli took on the role of agent for Roberto Di Matteo, successfully completing his move from Lazio to Chelsea in 1996. During this period, he successfully managed a squad of over 60 Serie A players, including prominent names such as Handanovic , Quagliarella, Muntari, Domizzi, Baronio, and Dellas.
