Sandra Ramirez, full name Sandra Elizabeth Ramirez Aleman, is a Mexican football referee and a FIFA assistant referee. Born in Oaxaca de Juárez, Sandra was selected to officiate at the 2026 FIFA World Cup in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
Sandra made her debut at the tournament as a reserve assistant referee for the match between the Netherlands and Japan at Dallas Stadium on June 14, 2026, which ended in a 2-2 draw. The Netherlands-Japan officiating crew was led by Moroccan-born American referee Ismail Elfath, assistant referees Corey Parker and Kyle Atkins, Katia Garcia as the fourth official and Armando Villareal, who was the VAR.
Sandra previously served as an assistant referee during the 2022 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in Costa Rica and the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand. She also officiated at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
