Lisa Clark Biography – Lisa Clark Wiki

Lisa Clark is the executive pastry chef and professional cake designer at Peppers Artful Events in Northborough, Massachusetts. She has been the executive pastry chef at Peppers since August 2014. She is a contestant on Food Network’s Spring Baking Championship 2025.

Originally from Redmond, Washington, Lisa graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Portland, Oregon, the renowned French culinary school known for its prestigious training in haute cuisine. Her first job in the industry was at a restaurant in Seattle, where the husband and wife owners became LisaLisa ’s mentors.

Interestingly, Lisa had an earlier career in fashion design before she went to Cordon Bleu. She graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in San Francisco with a degree in Fashion Merchandise Product Development. On the West Coast, she worked for department store chains, such as Nordstrom Inc. “After high school, it was college for either fashion design or pastry arts. I’ve done both,” Lisa told Worcester Telegram.

Lisa is no stranger to baking competitions. She’s won many of them. Her accolades include the Best Celebration Cake Award at the National ICA Catie Awards in 2019, as well as Best Dessert in both the Fork it Over and Taste of Nashoba competitions.

Lisa will compete in the annual Taste of Nashoba, hosted by the Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce on March 25, 2025 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. in the Stone Athletic Center at Lawrence Academy in Groton.

Lisa Clark Spring Baking Championship

Pastry chef Lisa Clark will compete on Season 11 of Food Network’s Spring Baking Championship. The baker will go head-to-head against some of the country’s best pastry chefs for a shot at $25,000, a feature in Food Network Magazine and the title of Spring Baking Champion.

Clark officially announced that she was going to appear on the show in an Instagram post on Feb. 25, describing the opportunity as a full-circle moment.

“For as long as I can remember I’ve always had a passion for baking,” Clark wrote in the post. “Growing up watching The Food Network was so inspiring. Dreaming that one day I’d be on the big screen baking my heart away. My career has taken me on many paths. As a little girl, I would have never imagined competing on the same channel as my idols.”
