I prayed to marry a true, Auburn man, and we would live happily ever after– cheering on our Auburn Tigers. God has a real sense of humor and half of that prayer was answered. I did meet the love of my life in Auburn, at Sky Bar — icing on the cake! — but he turned out to be the BIGGEST UGA fan on the planet. We antagonized each other that entire first night– and the night after. Is it weird that I liked the banter back and forth? Honestly, I think that’s what sparked the connection– that and some encouragement from great friends 🙂 Before we knew it, we were meeting each other’s families at Christmas!”
