Matt Laubhan is the chief meteorologist for TV station WTVA in Tupelo, Mississippi. He has worked at the WTVA Weather Authority since April 2011, according to his Linkedin profile.

Matt and the WTVA Weather Authority Team have received numerous awards and distinctions over the years, even being formally recognized by the Mississippi State Senate for their life-saving severe weather coverage. Originally from Russell, Kansas, Matt graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Atmospheric Science.
