“2. He leaves the 99 to find the 1. A good reminder to me to be on the lookout for the 1.

“3. The shepherd King David who believed and trusted the Lord in the pasture and in the battlefield—a man after God’s on heart. May I have a heart like his.

“4. This occurred to me later, but I was born in a hospital named Good Shepherd. So, it fits.”
