Lauralie Chapados is a Canadian IFBB Pro Bikini athlete and fitness model. She stepped on stage at her first bikini contests in 2015, winning the first and overall at two local shows before moving on to a national bikini event in Toronto.

She earned her Pro Card at the 2016 IFBB International Events Qualifier in Canada. Since then, she has competed in six IFBB Pro League bikini events, winning three back-to-back in 2018 in Toronto, Chicago, and Tampa. In September 2018, she finished second at the Ms. Bikini Olympia.

That same year, she also took 1st place at the Jicheng Classic Sanya Pro Bikini and 2nd place at the Shawn Rhoden Classic Pro Bikini. In 2017, she finished 5th place at the IFBB Miami Muscle Beach Pro and 2nd place at the Toronto Pro Supershow. In 2018, placed as a runner-up at her Ms. Bikini Olympia debut. In 2019, Chapados took 6th place at the Bikini International and 2nd place at Arnold Classic Australia Bikini.

Growing up, Chapados took part in soccer, skiing, jiujitsu, and other sporting activities. It was her parents who encouraged her to be active. Due to her sporting background, she was in great shape even at a young age. At the age of 8, Chapados had abs and was fitter than most of her peers. However, in her teenage year, she became a little less active and started going out more. She gave up partying for lifting weights after realizing that partying and going out every weekend was ruining her health. On Nov. 3, 2014, Lauralie walked into Club ProForm in Montreal and signed up for a membership.

“I started to read internet articles about getting in shape. I really wanted to get muscles and get fit. It was really a 180-degree transformation, I went from going out and drinking with friends every weekend to going to the gym twice a day,” she told Greatest Physiques.
