Keir Shave is a contestant on The Apprentice 2025. He is the founder and owner of Parallel Partnerships, a telemarketing company based in Leeds. He launched the telemarketing business in March 2023 after his previous employer went into administration.
Speaking about his biggest business success to date, Keir told the BBC: “Setting up my business in just 3-working days, after my previous employer went bust overnight. 18 months on, the business has a strong turnover, and I now employ over 40 staff here in Leeds.”

Leeds native Keir Shave, 27, is a candidate on Series 19 of BBC’s The Apprentice, fronted by business tycoon Lord Sugar alongside his trusted advisors Baroness Karren Brady and Tim Campbell MBE. The Apprentice candidates are battling it out for the opportunity to win Lord Sugar’s £250,000 investment and mentorship.
“I am super proud to announce I’m a candidate on this year’s Apprentice,” Keir revealed the news on Instagram. “Over 80,000 people apply through a very tough process, so to be chosen feels unreal. I’ll be on @bbc every Thursday battling it out to win a partnership with Lord Sugar, Karren Brady and Tim Campbell.”
He added: “For those that don’t know me; I’m 27 and a proud Business Owner of a Sales company called Parallel Partnerships based here in Leeds. Grown from 0 to over 40 staff and turned over multiple 7-Figures in under 2 years.”
Keir hopes to get Lord Sugar on board with his business plan of an online tool “designed to help sales staff at all levels throughout their sales conversations”. According to the BBC: “The tool is designed to provide little but constant support in the form of a ‘chat-bot’ where the user can input their issue and the tool responds with ideas/tips around the sales objection.”
Keir believes he deserves Lord Sugar’s investment because he has “built and set up a successful business in a short time frame and works incredibly hard. Drive, skill and passion are what’s required to have a successful business, and I have proven I have that in abundance.”
Keir is one of the two contestants from Yorkshire on this year’s series, alongside hair transplant consultant Carlo Brancati from Middlesbrough.
