Justin Petredis is a criminal defense attorney in Tampa, Florida. He is an attorney at the Law Office of Justin Petredis, P.A., a law firm serving Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco Counties and beyond. He is a former State Attorney at the Pinellas/Pasco State Attorney’s Office.
Petredis grew up outside of Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated with a degree in Political Science and Finance from Miami University in southwestern Ohio. He went on to Law School at Tulane University in New Orleans. Petredis moved to the Tampa area in May 2004, where he studied for and passed the Florida Bar in August 2004.
In the fall of 2004, Petredis began his career at the Pinellas/Pasco State Attorney’s Office, where he worked for almost 8 years. During that time, Petredis tried over 75 jury trials, over 50 Final Hearings for Violations of Probation, as well as over 50 Motions to Supress.
Petredis is also involved in his community. He has been a Big Brother for over 3 years and participates in Steak and Sports Day, which is an annual event that provides a day of enjoyment for children located at the Children’s Home. For the past 7 years, Petredis has also volunteered as a judge for the Honorable Robert J. Simms Mock Trial Competition in which local high school teams compete for the right to represent Hillsborough County at the State level, and each year participates in Relay for Life benefitting the American Cancer Society.
Petredis was recently given the distinction of becoming a Board Certified Attorney in the area of Criminal Law. Only six percent of all attorneys in Florida are Board Certified in any category with only 382 currently certified in the area of Criminal Trial. As such, Petredis is recognized as an expert and specialist in the area of Criminal Law.

It will not show you Isaiah Chance directing anyone to fire one.”
