Julian Caillon is an Australian professional dancer and choreographer. He is best known for his role as a professional dancer on Dancing with the Stars Australia and BBC Strictly Come Dancing. He has appeared on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ Australia as a regular professional dancer since 2020.
Born in Sydney, Australia, Caillon started dancing at the age of 10 in Ballroom and Latin American. He went on to study dance at Newtown School of the Arts, eventually representing Australia on the international stage across Asia and Europe.
In addition to taking part in the popular Australian TV Series ‘So You Think You Can Dance,’ Caillon has worked with renowned directors and choreographers in shows such as ‘Shake Rattle and Roll’, Baz Lurhmann’s ‘Strictly Ballroom’ and the Immersive Cinema production of ‘Dirty Dancing’.
Outside of dancing, Caillon has a passion for health and fitness. He is a qualified personal trainer, and holds a degree in exercise physiology from the University of New South Wales. He is part of Burn of the Floor.
