Jessica Raffa is an Australian professional Ballroom and Latin Dancer. She is known for making several appearances on the Australian version of Dancing with the Stars (DWTS). She is also a dance fit instructor at Dance Fit with Jessica Raffa. On 26 November 2013, she won The thirteenth season of Dancing with the Stars Australia partnering with Australian illusionist and escapologist, Cosentino. Prior to joining Dancing with the Stars (Australia), she toured with the dance show Burn the Floor.

Raffa started dancing at the age of 3 and started dancing ballroom when she was 9 years old when a studio opened near her home. During her early career, Raffa competed in Latin and Ballroom with her then-partner Leighton Stevenson from 1995 to 1998. In 1999, she competed with partner Giuseppe Cosentino in the youth category at the Blackpool Ballroom Dance Competition. In 2000, aged 16, Raffa performed at the Closing Ceremony of the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney alongside her fellow Australian dancers Jason Gilkison and Peta Roby.

Raffa joined Burn the Floor in 2001 and toured with the dance show for almost a decade. While with the Burn the Floor, Raffa danced with a blindfold. The blindfold dancing inspired her to start a foundation for the blind with Burn the Floor producer Harley Medcalf. In 2009, she assisted Jason Gilkison with his choreography for So You Think You Can Dance Australia.

Raffa made her Dancing with the Stars debut in 2009 during the show’s ninth season. For her first series, she was partnered with Gerrard Gosens, the couple finished in 4th place. She returned for the 10th series partnered with the Neighbours star, Blair Mcdonough. They finished in 10th place. For the 11th series, she was partnered with Nick Bracks, the couple finished in 6th place. For the 12th series, she partnered with former professional Australian rules footballer, Brendan Fevola. They finished in 4th place.

In 2013, Raffa returned for the 13th series partnered with Cosentino. They were crowned winners on 26 November 2013 after defeating Rhiannon Fish and Aric Yegudkin and Tina Arena and Damian Whitewood who finished in 2nd and 3rd place respectively. In 2021, it was announced that Raffa would return for The nineteenth season of Dancing with the Stars, also known as Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars 2. She was partnered with Former AFL player Anthony Koutoufides. They finished in 9th place.

In 2023, she was paired with former MasterChef judge Matt Preston.
