Harry Clough is a Scottish entrepreneur and a contestant on the BBC’s The Apprentice 2026. He is the founder of Harry Can’t Sit Still, a drink made for those with ADHD and anxiety. He was previously the founder of Makemyday, a free food and drinks subscription box. He previously worked as a business development associate at Octopus Investments. He also had a stint at Luna.

Harry always struggled with focusing at school. The misunderstood issue caused him to be expelled from his senior school at the age of 16. After completing his A Levels elsewhere, Harry began his first year of study at Oxford Brookes University in 2017, working in events to earn some extra money. Harry graduated with a degree in business administration and management in June 2020.

Harry is also an ultramarathon runner. In November 2025, Harry ran over 400 miles in 12 days from Edinburgh to London in aid of Movember, the world’s leading men’s health charity. In November 2024, he undertook the mammoth challenge of running the London Underground lines one by one, a total distance of 250 miles. In the process, he raised over £7,000 for Movember, and would get up at 4am to run before going to work in business development.

Makemyday founder Harry Clough is a contestant on the 20th series of The Apprentice on BBC One. He’s hoping Lord Sugar will make his day and hand him the £250,000 investment.
