Florence Rebattet is a French chef, author of Cook With Flo and founder of Kids En Cuisine, a healthy cookery school based in London for children 3 to 15 years old. She is a contestant on the second season of Gordon Ramsay’s Future Food Stars.
Florence founded Kids En Cuisine in 2014 after giving up an office life as a Human Resource Manager. “I founded Kids en Cuisine after being a mum. I am passionate about healthy and tasty food and children. So I decided to quit ‘the office life’ as a human resource manager and devote my time to my passion,” she told Time & Leisure.
Florence is also a TV chef at Planet Eat Media, where “Little Chefs Cook-a-long with Flo”. The Masterclasses for mini chefs are “designed for their little fingers from how to hold a knife properly when they cook, to taste their final dishes. A lot of fun and a unique way of teaching will make your children happy in your kitchen.”
Before Kids En Cuisine, Florence was a Human Resource Manager at Sfeir Benelux from February 2009 to February 2012.
