Cesar Montano born Cesar Manhilot, is a Filipino actor, film producer, film director and singer. He was born on 1 August 1962 in Santa Ana, Manila, Philippines.
Montano attended Sta. Ana Elementary School and went on to Mariano Marcos Memorial High School. After graduating from high school, he enrolled at Lyceum of the Philippines University in Intramuros, Manila, where he studied Mass Communication.
