On December 15, 2020, aged 15, he won the nineteenth season of The Voice becoming the youngest male winner and second-youngest winner overall in The Voice’s history. His win saw his coach Gwen Stefani record her first and only win as a coach on the show. It was Gwen Stefani’s fifth season on the show as a coach.
