Carrington Saunders is the owner of an online loungewear business and a contestant on The Apprentice 2026. She is the founder of Cas Collection, a London-based womenswear brand which focuses on clothes that elevate sculpt and accentuate women’s bodies. She founded the women’s wear fashion company in December 2022.
Carrington told the BBC: “I come from a divorced household, which taught me early on the value of hard work and resilience. While studying at university, I invested my own money to launch Cas Collection, growing it into a successful business alongside achieving a first class degree.
“I deeply understand what women want from fashion to feel confident and good in themselves, and that mission drives everything I do. I am extremely hardworking, resilient, and tenacious, and with Lord Sugar’s experience and support, I truly believe we can take this business to the next level and make a lasting difference for my family and the women my brand serves.”
She is also a journalist, presenter and YouTuber. According to her LinkedIn page, she has held various roles, including radio intern at The Beat London 1036.fm, Baker at B Vegan Café, Social Media Assistant at BIANCA SAUNDERS, intern at Grazia UK, and Real Estate Sales at Good Neighbour Properties Ltd.
Carrington graduated with a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of the Arts London (UAL) in 2023. She attended Langley Park School for Girls and Eltham Hill School.

Loungewear entrepreneur Carrington Saunders is a contestant on the 20th series of The Apprentice on BBC One. Carrington is looking to turn comfort into capital and expand her already established loungewear fashion business with the help of Lord Sugar’s investment.
“I’m officially a candidate on The Apprentice UK 2026,” Carrington announced on social media. “I’m beyond excited (and emotional) for my family, friends, and everyone who’s supported me to finally see this journey. I’m proudly representing a young Black girl from South East London who had a dream, worked for it, and one day hoped she’d be on @apprenticeuk … and now here we are.”
Speaking about her business plan, Carrington said: “Expanding my online loungewear fashion business, Cas Collection, into our own app and brand partnership. Loungewear is a huge market and I think I’ve got the talent, motivation and expertise to tap into this. I’ve already had my business for two years, so my goal is to scale, reach a bigger audience and build a bigger turnover.”
