Blair Berk is an American criminal defense attorney. She is a partner at Berk Brettler LLP, a law firm based in Los Angeles, California. She is one of the most popular criminal lawyers in Los Angeles for her work in high-profile criminal cases.

Attorney Berk grew up in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where her father was a top criminal defense attorney. Her mother, also a lawyer, represented students at the University of North Carolina.

Attorney Berk graduated with a B.A. and M.A. from Boston University. She earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1990 and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1992.

A large Los Angeles firm recruited her from Harvard in 1990 and assigned her to handle entertainment cases. Her first assignment was to defend Ozzy Osbourne, whose song lyrics were being blamed in a civil suit following the death of a Georgia teen. Berk listened to the tape, realized it had been remixed by the record company and got the case against Osbourne thrown out before trial.
