Aysha Moulton is a home baker and a contestant on The Great Australian Bake Off 2025. Her speciality is celebration cakes which are often layered and decorated with incredible flair.
Born in the Solomon Islands, Aysha grew up cooking in the kitchen with her grandmother. Much of her baking draws on her memories of the Solomons and many of her recipes have been handed down through the family. Her grandmother was a very good baker and Aysha spent her childhood picking up all her tricks in the kitchen which she’s built on by watching Youtube tutorials.

Baker Aysha Moulton, 32, is a contestant on Season 8 of The Great Australian Bake Off, hosted by Natalie Tran and Tom Walker, and judged by Rachel Khoo and Darren Purchese. Aysha has an infectious sense of fun and joy. She will be the ringleader of banter and share her good vibes with everyone in the shed.
“I’m one of the bakers on Season 8 of The Great Australian Bake Off,” Aysha announced on Instagram. “Still can’t believe I got to live my pastel-coloured, buttercream-covered dream with this incredible bunch of weirdos (and now friends).”
