Angel Yin is an American professional golfer, she competes on the LPGA Tour. Yin was born and raised in Los Angeles’s San Gabriel Valley. Yin started playing golf at the age of six years. As an amateur, Yin won several titles such as the 7–8-year-old Junior World Golf Championships, at the age of 12 and 14 she won the California State Women’s Amateur. She was the youngest player at the 2011 United States, Women’s Amateur, as well as a co-medalist at a U.S. Women’s Amateur. At the 2012 Women’s U.S. Open, Yin was the youngest player in the field and the second youngest in history. Yin played in the Junior Solheim Cup, In 2015.
