Alan Bersten is an American professional Latin, and ballroom dancer. He is also a choreographer. Bersten is a Dancing with the Stars junior champion and was crowned as the season 28 of Dancing with the Stars champion with his celebrity partner, Hannah Brown. The Minnetonka native began dancing when he was seven years old. At the age of 16, Bersten was a finalist in Season 10 of So You Think You Can Dance and finished in the Top 6 Males. He secured a chance to tour through North America with So You Think You Can Dance. Bersten later joined Burn’s world tour and toured the world before he landed a role as part of the show choir, Vocal Adrenaline, in Season Six of Glee.

He began working on Dancing With The Stars in season 20 as a member of the troupe.
