She revealed the news on Instagram, writing: “I’m super excited to announce that I’ll be a baker on the upcoming season of @bakeoffau – yahoo! Last year I packed 3 suitcases, flew to Sydney for a while & baked my little heart out in a pursuit of baking happiness! I can’t wait to share my Bake Off story with you!”
Judged by global culinary icon Rachel Khoo and Australia’s King of Pastry, chef Darren Purchese, and hosted by comedians Natalie Tran and the late Cal Wilson, season seven of The Great Australian Bake Off sees 12 diverse amateur baking enthusiasts put through a series of challenges.
Each episode contains three themed baking challenges – Signature, Technical, and Showstopper. At the end of each episode, one contestant is named Star Baker and one is eliminated, until one is ultimately crowned Australia’s Best Amateur Baker.
